C.A.R.E offers Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 Australia-wide.
Terms and Conditions:

  • Your order value must exceed $150 in total after discounts are applied, and excludes shipping costs.

  • Excludes corporate orders.

  • The delivery address must be within Australia.

  • Offer ongoing and subject to change at any time.

  • Offer ongoing but maybe be withdrawn at any time.

*Please note, this offer is for Standard Shipping only. Express Post is charged at standard Australia Post rates.

Standard delivery within Australia
Most goods are dispatched within 1-3 business days and delivered by Australia Post or via courier service.
Australia Post is experiencing delivery delays due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Upon dispatch, you will receive a notification email. Your order should arrive within 5 to 15 business days for standard delivery, and 3 to 7 business days for express delivery.
* Please note, the delivery may take longer to WA, remote and regional areas. C.A.R.E is not responsible for delayed deliveries that are beyond our control by Australia Post or any other courier service. We rely on our delivery partners to successfully deliver our goods within their recommended service time frames.
 
We use AusPOST's eParcel system to deliver items Australia-wide from our Online Store in NSW. 
For Australia Post, Australian standard deliveries, please see below shipping charges:

  • $12.95 postage and handling within Australia

  • FREE delivery on orders over $150 (*offer excludes shipping costs, corporate orders and express post orders).

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number, after which you can track your delivery. Please contact Australia Post for any inquiries about your order. Once your products leave our Online store, Australia Post is then responsible for your goods until delivery.
We deliver to all business, residential and PO Box addresses in Australia. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you will receive a notification card for collection at your local post office.
New Zealand clients should generally receive their order within 5-11 working days. Please be aware that some New Zealand orders may take up to 3 weeks, depending on Customs and COVID-19-related delays.

Express Delivery Within Australia

C.A.R.E uses the Australia Post Express Post Parcel Service to deliver items Australia-wide. 
Express Post shipping charges:

  • $19.90 for postage and handling within Australia.

*All Express Shipping parcels are dispatched the same or the next business day.
